Founded by Sandra “Sandy” Esperance—a special needs educator, foster care social worker, foster care parent, and adoptive mother—our organization is built on compassion, resilience, and purpose.
Sandy’s life has been shaped by both personal adversity and professional triumph. With a Master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education and years of experience supporting children with disabilities, guiding foster families, and navigating the complexities of the welfare system, she brings unmatched expertise and heart to the mission. Her vision is simple yet powerful: to offer loving homes that nurture potential, restore hope, and transform futures.
